2/21 - Monday
After 11 iterations of taking different parameters out, finally stumbled upon the fix to Dagger injection with Tatsuya's confirmation (I'd have kept going trying to fix the param, but turned out I can just remove it :o). Caught LT online too, they do work overtime :')
Parents left when I was showering, I caught them at the end of shower and shouted goodbye, James assured me that they did shout goodbye back to me.
I started to encourage the kids to check their own work. After Mimi did her math sheet, I asked her to check her work before giving to me. I went to the bathroom. Came back and found Ella checking Mimi's work. Mimi sat close to her and was twirling a pen. After a bit Ella pronounced Mimi's work all correct, I confirmed.
Ella was grumpy when playing lego, but calmed down and told me a story after some petting. We had free play time towards the end of the day, so I started a drawing video with Ella. It was a cherry tree. After drawing some branches, Ella broke down crying about her drawing being the worst. She didn't leave enough space for more detailed branches, it was really very good already. She shrieked at the top of her lungs, and refused to stop. She drew a beautiful picture, with many tears.
Some stern orders stopped her shrieking, and we cuddled in bed. She had the softest cuddles and slowly recovered. I left when the bullying began.
Nanny let the girls make a mess, and added on some herself. I got frustrated and threw some random candy in a cup. Then I remembered Mimi in the morning offered me a cup of candy that I rejected. When cleaning up, I asked Mimi if I threw away her candy gift for me, she said yes, I gave her a hug and thanked her, she cried and said she was very sad I couldn't eat the candy :'(
2/24 - Thursday
The nanny cancelled tomorrow so asked lao lao to come. Lao lao came at night <3 The girls were so excited, they repeated lao lao lao lao when they noticed a car outside from their bedroom. I let them welcome lao lao in. Mimi said sweetly to me: thank you for inviting lao lao to our house.
I apologized to Mimi for her candy again, she was teary again :'( and said she'll never give me candy again, and gave me some puff rubs.
Noticed I'm going to be primary oncall for the Johto tour weekend, with secondary being Ling-ting, who'll be in Mexico XD Messaged on social thread last minute trying to see if they recorded Tatsuya's GAR talk (why they no invite ITS ppl?). Thankfully the next day they replied they'll take GAR oncall, thank you Tatsuya san! /\
2/25 - Friday
Took a lazy day, went to lunch with Hagit, got some $20s for duo duo, and did a raid after. Waited till Avy virtually scooted to Soulfood cafe to join XD Spend more time in the afternoon pruning my pokemons for tomorrow :') Gave couple dollars for a raid group member to get the Johnto ticket. She sounded happy. I hope she enjoy the event!
I gave Mimi a piece of chocolate as thanks for her candy from two days ago. She thanked me and shared it with Ella. She later came back with a marshmallow in a little cup for me :')
Received $50 amazon gc from xiaoJ for the $20 microsoft office I got her :')
I thought I heard Ella cry, then I heard Mimi came downstairs, she came into the living room with a train car, stuck out her hand, and said "HMM!" with her big eye pop. I instructed her to put it back in the ticket to ride box. She put it in, turned, and said: Ella hit me, so I hit her, I think it's not fair for her to hit me a second time, so I beat her up. I reminded her that she should warn Ella and come to us for help.
2/216 - Saturday
Pokemon go Johto event! Even non ticket holders have the legendary quests?! Dragged my butt out of bed and went to craze! It was kinda hard to craze with the kids, but we had a nice lunch at the crepe place (Mimi: thank you mama for taking me to my favorite place), a Costco with a good hull, and a Raikou (shiny for me!) and Suicune.
Mimi: "can you spin the stop?" Pointing to the fountain. It does look spinnable XD
Successfully tempted Jam to come out with me again to craze the rest of the pokey quests, he's a sweetheart <3 without his driving we would not have finished. Ran into Franswa at the library. Jam dispensed our wisdom of completing the snapshot quests - snapshot from raid works too and we have one extra pass. We did a group Raikou raid. May was a good fighter, very focused on clicks ^^b We then bid goodbye and went to hunt our respective legendaries and gym leaders. We spotted one at Niko and joined. Francoi was already in the lobby ^^b
The skin on the back of Mimi's hands were torn up :'( When I asked her to remember, she thinks it was from playing with the snow with the nanny. She cried in the shower and asked why her hands hurt. I covered it in vaseline, and she told me it felt better. My poor sweetie.
Work was completely silent yay!
2/27 - Sunday
Tried to go to Facing East's new location. Had a brief conversation in car and decided it was just easier to pay tips and eat at the restaurant. Arrive at the restaurant, looked in, no seating :') Bought food and boba and ate at home. Delicious!
Ella had a huge mango colored poop stain on her underpants. It penetrated her pants too :o She said she knew she didn't wipe her poop clean, but didn't think it would smear.
I got Spirited away from the library. The girls asked me the whole day to read it to them. I kept pushing back and squeeze in work and chores. At dinner I called the girls to read the story, Mimi said 'UHG finally'. Ella added 'Finally'. They asked me to whisper the part when Chihiro saw her parents turned into pigs.
Jam saw Mimi feeding my pikmins diligently, and downloaded the app himself. So cute to see plznobulbasaur with 2 red pikmins on my friend list <3
The girls had a fight, Mimi didn't hit Ella back when Ella threw plushi octupus at her, just picked it up and asked me to time it out.
The girls had more fights that cumulated into Ella kicking Mimi in the nose. Jam took Ella, and I took Mimi, who tried to run away, with huge tears falling from her cerned big eyes. Mimi: "I think my family doesn't love me. When baba hugs me, I feel like inside my chest goes break." I asked if baba broke her bones. She cracked up, dropped some tears, and said yes.
Lao lao asked Mimi what she wanted for her birthday, Mimi said: 我要一块糖。我很喜欢吃糖。我就要一块糖吧。She also told us her favorite candy is smarties. The girls were fascinated when I explained smarties is called rockets in Canada, and Canada had a different smarties candy.
