Sled with Jam, he's very cushiony!

Got mochi for the girls, cut it up, so it no longer holds its shape and became a mochi sheet with some peanuts on top. Ella finished her main course first, so she start eating. Mimi: Ella is that gooey slime? Try it and tell me. Ella tried and told her it's not gooey slime.

Buried into fresh snow when sledding. So much fresh snow sprayed into face, Mimi gave up early and went home with lao ye. Ella persevered for many more rounds. 

The girls two played in the closet for 3 hours. Only pulled down one cloth rod, and one lao lao shirt. I overheard them pretending to be falin and laios from delicious in dungeon.

Ruyi had a zoom session where she told two stories. Ella said very properly in front of the laptop and watched. Mimi wouldn't let go of my hand / my hair when I sat down at the side of the table. They were shy and didn't want to talk. Except when Ruyi asked if they're at laolao's, Ella said shyly '我们在姥姥家'. And when Ruyi asked if anyone went sledding, and to show her pictures, Ella asked loudly 妈妈你给如意阿姨看我们滑雪的照片了么？I sent the video on the group chat later on. 

Very late into the night, Ella suddenly said 姥爷说如果我做作业他会给我糖。She found lao ye and did chinese homework, and got a piece of chocolate. Mimi did too.

We did a 4 people sled at Jam's insistence. He was at the back, with Mimi half on his lap, then me, and Ella in the front. After the sled Mimi said "I felt safe in the middle". Ella requested to be in the middle too and we went again, without Mimi, who didn't want to be in the front. Ella thought it was only ok.

At bed time, Mimi saw a rocket on my Pokemon Go: 妈妈你要去打他。I told her it was too late. She said 哦妈妈今天我可以陪你走到那儿。I asked if she was ok to walk together since it's dark and cold outside. She said 我们就走到我们sled的那里，然后我们走走走(making hand gestures going back and forth),然后我们回来。I reminded her the rocket is not there and she was ok with it. 

We went out for a nice little walk. She said she never told anyone before, she really likes Laios. I asked if she wanted to marry him or wanted to become him, she said she wanted to become him because he's really cool. She remembered baba got 2 great balls from the pokestop spin and reported to baba as soon as we got back.

Ella was distraught because I let Mimi wear her jacket, it was warmer, she was calmed down by the time we got back. When it was time to walk upstairs, Mimi asked to dictate how we hold hands and walk upstairs, since Ella did it the last two nights. We agreed. Ella also stopped mid her dictation and politely listened. Mimi picked lao lao in front, lao lao hold her hand, she hold baba's hand, baba hold my hand, and I hold Ella's hand. Ella was distraught to be the last. I dragged her upstairs. After some wailing, she came into my room and sternly asked me to go tuck her. I tucked her & kissed her, a lot. Mimi got her xiao tun, kissed Ella's cheeks with it, and asked her to hold it. Ella said she didn't want xiao tun. I kissed xiao tun. Ella whined that now xiao tun is full of my germs and squeezed out tears. After some crying, while Mimi petted my head, she stopped, and said 我都没有时间puff你，我一直在哭。She then puffed me for a bit before I forcibly pulled away from her.
