School was canceled :o Jam took the kids to shopping and got sushi, boba, and flowers.

I'm so slow at work! Daniel took a look at code for half an hour and concluded what I was questioning for the whole day. Only to rule out using client. Back to service change that I don't know where to start at. Decided to not to go offsite and catch up on learning (hopefully).

I got usbc cables to transfer data between phone, so many errors, stuck at every progress indicator. Finally tried wireless transfer, worked perfectly.

In the morning, the account deletion task that's supposed to be completed this week, sounds like it doesn't have a deadline - what's important is to make progress Jaime says. In the afternoon, found Jaime's doc that mentioned 1/30 is the deadline. Maybe she thinks it's far enough that it's ok as long as I have progress? She might be surprised.

Dagger injection blows my mind.

At noon, I went to spin the pokestop when Jam was pulling out to get lunch. He beckoned I come with, and I did. I complained about work the whole way to and from boiling point, unsure he appreciated.

Mimi gave me a gift that's a drawing of pokeball + great ball = ultra ball. She asked to see ultra ball on my phone, "yes, find a pokemon to catch and use your ultra ball", because she can't remember if utlra ball had the "stuff" on top like great ball. I couldn't either. It has yellow stripes.

Ella persevered and finished her tree homework in one sitting. During the pasting, she mentioned she must write her name somewhere, she flipped the page back and forth, but couldn't decide. At the end I asked if she'd like to paste a picture of her or draw a portrait, she decided a portrait. She carefully drew the cutest portrait of herself on the trunk, wrote her name beside it, and said "ok, done".

After playing broken telephone for a week, the server change blown up to be 3 weeks, and I'm back at asking if client can add the one REST call to helpshift server. Think it's because client devs don't have enough experience making new server interactions (one client dev per team is weird structure), and server devs have no clear sense of all the components needs touched (should always ask Tatsuya, but he was on vacation expect one day when I just started looking at his change). Add marks for Omer for questioning client change and being polite, no blaming of bad telephone, yet :') Jam found this to describe my situation

Was interesting to hear that the need of added email verification was because passionate players stalk and steal phones to delete rival's account lol and parents delete teenagers account LOL. 

And this..

 Searched for 10 minutes how to pack a change and reapply file by file to narrow down problem, without avail.. Until asked E and enlightened :)

6 out of 44 batch tests at Sunrise was positive. Up from 0 before the holidays. Pray. Lao lao is unable to come because there're no testing appointments available at all.

I let the girls pokey battle for me. Ella decided to change my party to Kyogre, Groudon, and Rayqaza. Mimi yelled "YOU ARE USING THE THREE FRIENDS!" She was so excited and ran around.

Received some masks from Sabrina. Received a holiday card from Rolly. <3 

I got the dozen muffins from Costco. Mimi was very happy and declared 今天是个最好的天，我很久都没有这样的天，一般都是school的天. As soon as we arrive home, she asked me to take pictures of her. "妈妈你给我做了很好的事我也要给你做好事。姐姐快来。" "妈妈你是把这个day变成最好的day".

Ella Mimi did Chinese homework on their own again. After I walked them through once, They helped each other and almost did it all themselves! Except they couldn't find "在哪儿", Mimi whined that she've used all the 2 letter words, and I had to explain 在哪儿 was a 3 letter word. Ella said oh/oh\oh-oh- and copied the answer.

Got to family walk and went to see zoo lights. It was < $100 :o It was pretty, Jam and kids had fun, but $100 is quite tough to accept :') After we came back to the car after zoo lights, I showed the girls I indeed packed the muffin that I promised them. Mimi exclaimed 妈妈你有把今天变成最好的day了。

Mimi didn't want me to wipe her anymore, started around Friday. Today she wanted Ella and I to get out of the bathroom while she dumped, and promised to wipe well herself. Ella refused to go out because she was playing 'color by number' by pressing on different areas of the princess drawing on the bathroom stool. I took the stool out with her, and Mimi exclaimed 如果我没有凳子我不能洗手的！
