3/14 - 3/20/2022

3/14 - Monday

Jam is officially a gem! Just in time for dishing out more money to Poma. Don't know where bright horizon hires all its imbeciles, reservation date can be wrong, location can be wrong, and different people give me different information about school's out payment. 

When I asked Ella to put on pants for home, she asked if she could pick her pants, I agreed. She picked a pair of short shorts, and the lemon dress. I went to take off her little cupcake tank top, but she loved it so much and didn't want it to be off. She asked to be in three layers. She put on three layers. She sat by the vent and the air puffed up her dress, she called for Mimi: hey look I'm like a lamp. 

When the girls were eating, Ella kept going to Clement's lego box to look at it. After I threatened to take away food a few times, she went again, then asked me to put it away because it was distracting her from eating. I put it in the laundry room.

Paid up for IXL, started with pre-k, super easy and the kids had a good time. 

3/15 - Tuesday

Looked through Poma records and got sad. Saw girls's sweet faces at Ruyi's and got happy. Got mysterious Progyny claims and got anxious. Got sweet craft gifts from Mimi and got calm, a little bit more. 

Mimi has been requesting me to read book by calling me "sweetest 小妈" <3

3/16 - Wednesday

I showed the girls my Niantic snack loot one by one. Mimi ooh'ed when I pulled them out one by one. Ella took some from my hand and examined. Afterwards she said she was sad because I never get the "candy with chocolate inside". I asked her where it was from, she said Costco had it. I asked her to show me later.

At the end of Kumon zoom session Athena asked the girls if they had questions. Today Mimi said: I have something to tell you, it's not a question. I want to tell you my birthday passed. I am now 6 years old. Athena: happy birthday! Mimi: march 12th is my birthday. Athena: did you say march 12th? Mimi: march 12. is my birthday. Athena: was your birthday march 12th? Mimi: march 12. is my birthday. Athena: my birthday is march 12 too :o a round of happy birthday for everyone!

We did a late night trip to Costco. Ella led me to the candy isle, she looked a little to the end, then said "oh it's this way" and doubled back. On the other end of the isle she pointed out the panda cookies :o When we got home I made a homework sheet with panda cookie as reward. 

3/17 - Thursday

Coordinating insurance between Progyny, Cigna, and Poma is a full time job. Luckily my ma can come this weekend, so hoping to catch up on some work and hopefully start taxes. And I guess I save the time that I would have spent doing IVF, now that coordinating of benefits delayed that :')

The girls got St. Patrick's day's cookies from Doug (Fred Meyer). Mimi gave hers to me, and said it was for me, because she'd eaten one at the Y already :) Jam safe kept the cookies in the truck. When we got home Mimi asked Jam if he lost the cookies, he fetched them. Then she prompt I must eat the cookie. I told her I'd eat it with tomorrow's coffee, she happily ran in few loops. 

I promised to play, or in reality listen to the girls play, their dungeon drawing games, 5 minutes each. At 5 minutes the alarm rang, Mimi sadly sad aww but I'm not done yet. Ella said that I must play with mimi for 5 more minutes, and play with her for 10 minutes after that. They were so cute, I had to agree. While I was playing with Ella, Mimi apparently drew our dungeon game for tomorrow. Mimi: we'll be on the same team. I think we'll win because I win the most. As she bounced around :)

3/18 - Friday

Got quote for partial cycle payment from SRM. It's as expensive as a 2/3 cycle from Poma?! Double checked the prices and Poma went up too :(

GDPR on seaworthy magically worked \T_T/

Lao lao came \^_^/ Did some light homework, watched half of turning red (so funny!), and fell asleep. 

3/19 - Saturday

Jam sweetly reminded me that I got a call from California but he'll ignore. I agree it's likely spam. Half an hours later, I checked messages, it was pagerDuty o_o Turned out it was from id portal, after scramming for permission, the alert has resolved itself. After blowing up to Anhang. Assigned back to myself and resolved. Opened work item and went back to life. Later Kundan, who was primary, came on and mentioned his info wasn't setup right :')

Abandoned kids and got food with Jam. Msft office is so nice :o Jam had some fun with his trippy game about him trapped in cards.

Avy dropped by on her private jet and traded a shiny ho-oh *_*

When lao lao was reading 卡梅拉 series for the girls, mimi said: 我看见他们我好馋，我可能喜欢吃鸡。

We finished turning red. Kids will grow up so fast :'( Mimi shed some tears. "sometimes when I cry water come from my eyes."

3/20 - Sunday

UW cherry is beautiful! Xian food is tasty! 

Ben came over in the afternoon. Girls wilded! Ben tried to put our big blue foam pieces together but couldn't get them to fit. Ella took over and spent a long time building a nice little house for him, out of the foam pieces, books, necklaces, and balls. After she's done she summoned Ben, who took one look and ran away with Mimi. Ella called Ben for a while and started throwing a tantrum. I was trying to get blot server working, so handed Ella to my ma with clear instructions, which she couldn't follow, and ended up asking Ben to please play with Ella. Ben ran away. It happened to be right before Ben was about to go home. He said goodbyes, Ella broke into a smile after having some last words with Ben. Afterwards Ella started having sniffles and sounded sick, not sure if she cried too much or is actually sick :o She got a piece of napkin and wiped her nose, then put it down, reached for a piece of tissue: 哦我应该用这个纸。这个纸软一点。
