8/29 - Monday

Went to building 16 with Jam in the morning. He made me a coffee <3 Then took a 15 minutes ride to SRM, goodbye $50 :') SRM building was so nice. I guess I know why they're more expensive than Poma but didn't offer more monitoring. Eggs remain uneven and few. Two more days and we'll see. At least Kirkland has an appointment on Wednesday. Stayed in SRM till the afternoon, since the building is so nice. Then decided to take a bus to the library.

I picked the fastest route, which involved a short two block walk. I did not know it was two blocks up to heaven. I must have climbed 200 steps? I came to the bus stop out of breath, but alive and without twisted ovaries. I seem to have lost Jam's oacr card. Kudos to king country they finally offer a mobile app to pay for tickets. Clever me figured out I could add my credit card on their website (no option in app, but did refresh after I added on website), so I didn't have to go to a Walgreens to pay cash. I bought one king country metro ticket. When the bus came, I followed the person in front, who must have scanned their oacr card and entered at the back door. The driver didn't say anything, so I just sat down without paying. For the 2nd bus I activated my ticket, but the driver informed me I should have gotten a ST express ticket instead, "next time", so I sat down without paying. For this bus, at least the other bus got my payment.

I worked a little at the library before Jam picked me up. Jam did homework with the kids while I worked for the evening. Mostly on fixing my machine to deploy to gar again :')

After shots I did more homework with the kids. Correcting the daytime homework took more than 10 minutes, but the kids were troopers. Afterwards I gave them extra time to play downstairs. Mimi wrote me a sweet letter, and Ella gave me math homework because I'm "so good at math".

Alto continues to give me less gonalf than I ordered, and no 1" needle in sight. This is the 3rd time I asked for the needle, and I've gotten two more 1.5" needles instead.

The night ended with another chapter of Pinocchio (oh no bad friends appeared just when Pinocchio was trying to be good), more gluttony, and a few extra tuckings of the kids.

8/30 - Tuesday

Nonstop work until almost 3pm, then ate food and chilled till 5pm.

Took the kids to basketball court for Ruyi's before Chinese class party. There's no party like Ruyi party!  She got so much food! And so many kids! Chatted with the parents, they came from all different places to put their kids at Ruyi's. Ruyi is definitely the new leader for Chinese in this area XD Kids had a feast of Costco pizza, cookie, popsicle, cookie, cookie, chips, popsicle, watermelon, popsicle, cookie.

Ella explained to Ruyi who she was, she took turns pointing to herself and Mimi: Ella Mimi Ella Mimi. While we were walking away Mimi said "Benjamin knows we two who is Amelia and who is Eloise. He never tell us wrong." Aww Benji is indeed a close friend.

After NNAT I made the banana cream pudding Shanda left us. It was so easy to make and took just a few minutes. Ella did not like it at all and gave her cup to Mimi. Who gladly accepted, but after eating more of her own, decided she was done. I gave them 小麻花 that I got from wee, they were pleased.

At night Ruyi asked if we'd like some pizza. I accepted. I got the girls ready and we started walking over. Mimi had a flash light malfunction. After figuring out she was the one pushing on it till it turned off, we gain made our way forward. We were almost at 日本阿姨's place when Ruyi met us. We received pizza :)

Full metal craze continues.

After days of pruning and re-pruning and trying different prioritization techniques on my todo list. And setting and evening wind down timer, where I aggressively triaged all unfinished tasks to the next day.  I went to bed a little before 12:30a X')

8/31 - Wednesday

First day of school! Came home from SRM just in time to walk the kids to school.

My mind was too scattered and I took the afternoon off. But ended up answering requests and filled 2 hours for today mostly in the afternoon. Yay cleanspeak has new owner, and he's good.

Girls came back in very good spirits. Ella knocked on the car window. I opened the door to help her unbuckle. She said "The Chinese teacher said this. 蛋黄, like egg white (not yolk XD) and 淡黄,like light yellow, sound the same."

The kids took turns giving me puzzle homework.

Mimi gave me a color by letter homework. While I was doing it she found a name tag with "Amelia" on it. She said excitedly that she'll tape it outside. I gave her the tape. She ran to the door, yelled "I'm not running away", and rushed out. She didn't return. Ella decided to go look for her. She didn't return. I colored Mimi's sheet and finished dinner, then went out front and called them inside. While I got soy sauce and 老干妈 (they wanted both in their rice), Ella produced another color by letter homework for me. For she loved how I colored Mimi's, "your coloring is so beautiful mama!" :) I sat at their dinner table and colored while they ate. It took a long time. I was done the same time as they finished eating.

We did NNAT. Then I had my butt shot. It wasn't so bad, more sour than pain. Good job Jam.

When I returned downstairs, the girls had decided to make the seal papercraft in the papercraft book together. They finished and gave it to me, for I had no 海孩子。Ella said "it is teamwork." It's so cute!

Finally got a photo a few days later:

9/1 - Thursday

After my 1:1 with Anhang, I took a walk around the neighbourhood to celebrate new season of pgo. Meng meng was at the basketball court playing by himself. I yelled Hi. He yelled "你在玩pokemon go 么?" I admitted I'm catching them all. I'm known for playing pgo in the neighbourhood now XD Ruyi had told all the Chinese class moms near and far about my pokemon go passion on Tuesday. (Meng meng was there for his school doesn't start until next week. Which Jam found out after pointing out that Meng meng had no backpack when walking yi yi to school) After coming back home, I noticed the name tag Mimi tried to tape.

I totally forgot today I was supposed to pick up the girls, while Jam had his after work gathering with Jessica and co. By 6:10p I was wondering where the fam was, then I got a call from Doug asking where I was XD I walked to school and got the girls, almost at 6:30p. Thank you Doug for looking after them.

I found the soar wings by the school building and took some photos. The girls picked and ate a bunch of blackberries by the stairs, they were sweet!

I let the girls play on the playground. They showed me their skills.

We collected many things on the walk home. The day was hot, but windy, so quite bearable.

Mimi told me they had coco puffs for breakfast and she thought it was the greatest cereal. Then she said they had coco puffs and chocolate milk. I asked if they had them for breakfast. She said no, for breakfast they had coco puffs and fruits, because "remember we have to have one fruit or vegetable". I praised her for remembering. Because fruit is very important for her butthole. We watched videos about 鼻妹 having 痔疮 surgery (hilarious) yesterday. I reminded them to have fruits and vegetables, to prevent having little raisin by their buttholes like  鼻妹. Mimi: "Y has little raisins covered in vanilla, they taste like jelly beans." Her and Ella proceeded to tell me about the new snacks in Y.

We sat together and had pizza for dinner. The girls told me about school. Keito is the Y Keito, who is really naughty, but nice. No one is as naughty as Annahut. Mimi whispered: "I think Annahut is held back. Like, like he's in kindergarten." Apparently because she saw him hanging around a lot of little kids. I'm unsure if he remained big for his age, or he was indeed held back.

The kids's had an assignment to take two things for show and tell tomorrow. They both decided to take a volume of full metal alchemist. Ella took a fuse bead in addition, and Mimi a box of smarties.

I did NNAT with the kids, then hid the IVF drugs in anticipation of parent's arrival. Jam came back just before kids's bedtime and helped me take out the trash full of drug packagings, and cleaned up the kids. We read a chapter of Pinocchio and I tucked them in.

9/2 - Friday

Dropped kids at Ruyi 's. Ruyi thought they behaved well.

SRM didn't  care about my plea to have fresh transfer if things go wrong. Oh well, monopolies. After two failed IVs on the left arm, which I saved specifically for IVs, it went in easily on my right arm with bruised vein. Note to self: no left arm IVs. I think I had the same problem at poma.

Jam and I treated us to a date at taco and tres :)

Walked to pick up the girls with jam, because I wanted to play Pikmin too much. Not the best choice. Uterus felt like falling out and it was soo hot. Ella seemed to enjoy walk with me though so it was wroth it, we held hands :)

Kids wanted crackers. So I made crackers. They turned out so good.

Lao lao and lao ye arrived on time to eat a very late dinner, some crackers, and do math with Ella Mimi :)

9/3 - Saturday

I was woken up early by SRM telling me I only have 6 embryos, and yes they indeed had ignored my request for fresh transfer in case of emergency, and won't check until day 5.

I then heard noises outside. Lao ye had ripped up the deck and went to home depot by the time I came downstairs. Jam and I left the girls with lao lao and embarked on our adult adventures.

We went to the library, where I bought 50c worth of 3rd grade math workbooks for the kids. I have high hopes. We then got Nuodle, so yummy! And 85c, such good value and yummy! And Microsoft, pretty comfy and good amount of pokey stops. I was able to send pictures to friends and prioritize some chores (didn't do much, but prioritization is the first step right?!) We then hit Costco and Target before coming home. Target was a mess, clothes and underwear everywhere! There were two packs of medium socks and I picked the slightly cuter pack. And just one pack of non character underpants, which I took with only a little hesitation.

When we arrived home, the girls were in the front yard. Along with a huge pile of new wood. Mimi immediately started yelling "I HAVEN' FINISHED MY HOMEWORK!". While walking along side the car. She was so close Jam had to calm her down and get her away from the car before driving it into the garage. Jam went to help my dad and I spent some time talking to Mimi. I used Benjamin as an example comparison of someone who couldn't sit down to do homework, I felt bad after I did it, but it worked. "I think I'm more hard working than Benjamin." It was already late though, and the girls didn't end up finishing their homework for the day. It was ok. I gave Ella a shower, read a little bit of Tokyo Ghoul, and fell asleep. I woke up as the kids were getting ready for bed. I dried Ella's hair and braided it, and left them to Jam. I ended up reading two volumes of Tokyo ghoul before going to bed. So much blood and violence and crazy characters! So exciting!

I had asked Ella what they were doing during the day, that they had no time for homework. Ella: "I didn't see the homework. (she missed IXL, but did all her paper sheets, and one extra book page.) Mimi was taking a break, like you said!" I indeed said they should take a break if they got frustrated. I awwed and cheeked her, and she puffed me back. Sometime later I found what they did during the day.

9/4 - Sunday

I haven't pooped in a whole day :O Bloated, my tummy is a hard balloon :( I was brutally tickled and bullied awake by the girls. First Ella came in, she was actually pretty cuddly and I got some checks. I spooned her while she laid quietly. Mimi soon came in, and decided to burry herself in the blanket by my feet. Of course seeing feet, she decided to tickle them. Of course seeing tickle activity, Ella joined. I was soon tickled out of bed.

I showered Mimi, drank some coffee, still no poop. Gave up and left with Jam for lunch. Lao ye is still working hard on cutting and piecing together the deck. Lao lao is constantly going to the window to watch, no help for lao ye and no help with girls's homework. Oh well, 眼不见心不烦, time to leave.

We enumerated all the restaurants in Redmond, all of them were either too spicy or not exciting enough. Finally we settled on pomegranate bistro. Despite google telling us it's "as busy as it gets", and the red bar overshot the normal by a lot, we got a table upon going in. The service was super slow. Jam and I persevered talking about stuff. Note to self: watch something funny next time instead of talking about hard life :') Jam's team worries about retaining free users, wonder if google doc is worried about getting paid users. The food and drink was so tasty and worth the wait!

Afternoon was ok productively. I wrote a lot of diary, and fixed my unit tests.

After coming home I found a note from Ella ToT I immediately recalled writing a note for my mom when I was little, asking why she became so mean, when she used to be so nice. I think she had fights with dad at the time.

I found Ella upstairs, apologized for forgetting to put out the homework. She tumbled down the steps and cuddled me on the stairs. Ella: "I gave you something mean outside." I said I read and weeped at the words. She aggressively puffed me and kissed me all over.

On a whim I decided to take the girls out for dinner. Jam agreed. We went to 10 seconds. No cat bot this time. Possibly because there were so many people, as 鼻妹 explained the bot slows people down for fear of running into it. As I said it, it triggered Ella's memory of 鼻妹's video, of people kicking robots to test their balance. It was so funny and so mean XD

I was so full. So full that I could not stand up at all without immense pain 😂 so I laid on the couch, and yelled at the girls to do Chinese homework with lao ye. They both did so well, the yelling was unnecessary. Lao ye came and laid on the other couch. We both wrapped ourselves up in blanket, and chatted for a bit. He's going to the island again, and maybe not going back to the second job. He needs a break. :') We both had our glasses off, had our phone and a book on the side. Me Toyko ghoul, lao ye full metal alchemist that the girls left for him.
